Hey All,

I had this change laying around for quite some time. Namely:

- Levels on character are merely a show of knowing how many new abilities or actions one have obtained. The actual power level of the Characters is now tied to the Guild Tier. The higher your tier, the more effective you are going against guilds of lower tiers, and less against tiers of higher level.

- Removed tiers of items. Similarly to the levels on characters, item tiers are now tied to Guild Tier. The higher the Guild Tier the more effective/powerful the items of them are. You are allowed to buy/obtain/get Higher Guild Tier items.

- Removed Shaky/Confident from the Guild advancement. It was an unnecessary step. Now when you fill your reputation bar, you immediately get to do the Advancement Endeavour to Tier up!

Also fixed some miscellaneous spelling mistakes.
